Booking, payment and cancellation of course participation
Course registration is binding. After completing the booking process, a booking confirmation and proof of purchase will be sent by email. An invoice (with VAT shown separately) or confirmation of participation can be issued on request.
No course fees can be refunded in the event of non-attendance or cancellation. The course place can be transferred to a substitute participant after consultation with the organiser. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
Force majeure, accidents or similar events release the instructor from any obligation to conduct the course. In the event of any ‘unforeseeable circumstances’, the registration can be rebooked to a later date or the course fee will be refunded in full.

Horse health
The course participant assures that the horse brought to the course is correctly vaccinated and free of infectious diseases. The vaccination recommendations for horses according to StIKo Vet are to be taken into account here as an example.
